Sever Export
„Sever Export“ LTD was established in 1995 in the city of Varna. The founder of the company is Mr. Yordan Harasimov. The company specializes in catching, processing, trading fish and fish products, as well as catching, processing and exporting frozen rapani meat.
The administrative, production and cold rooms are built on our own land with an area of 15,000 sq.m. in the Southern Industrial Zone in Varna. During the summer season, the employed workers reach up to 200 people.
The company imports, processes and trades Herring fillets, Mackerel, Salmon and other types of fish from the USA, Canada, Norway, Spain, Greece and Turkey. We are one of the main fish processing enterprises in Bulgaria, and our marinated and smoked products under the brands “Sever Export” and “Varna Fish” are well known on the market throughout the country. The enterprise is modern, meets all European requirements and works with attention to environmental protection.
The company has implemented a food safety management system that complies with the international standard ISO 22000:2005, and since 2011. is also certified according to the international IFS standard.
“Sever Export” LTD has its own fishing port, located not far from the production base, which guarantees fresh catch for our stores and excellent raw material for our products.The harbor is home to fishing vessels that are also owned by the company. They supply a large percentage of the raw material we need – Black Sea rapans and various types of fish, caught in ecologically clean areas designated for this purpose. The process of catch – transport – processing – storage of the finished product is fully compliant with all sanitary requirements of the EU, and the main goal is to preserve its qualities.
The main product we export is frozen rapani meat. For more than 20 years we have been exporting mainly to Japan, South Korea, USA, China, Hong Kong, and since 2007 and in the EU.

Our customers are also many shops and hotels in the country, as well as a large part of the hotels and restaurants in Varna and the adjacent resorts.
